Casa Bonini — architectural visualization

introduction

project overview

Casa Bonini is a conceptual project developed as a “model home” proposal for a new residential community. The goal was to create three distinct architectural designs that would serve as inspiration for future buyers, showcasing the development’s versatility and customization possibilities.

The client gave us full creative freedom to define the façades and architectural character, requesting a contemporary style with influences from Tulum architecture: natural textures, warm tones, and integrated landscaping. Starting from general ideas, we developed the exterior design, volumetric composition, and overall styling to convey an attractive, aspirational lifestyle. The entire project was brought to life through a comprehensive architectural visualization process, delivering imagery that communicates the essence of the design from the very first impression.

what we achieved

We delivered high-quality photorealistic renders, with careful attention to lighting, materials, and construction details to achieve striking and persuasive visuals.

The final set included key exterior views and perspectives of the social area with a pool, highlighting the seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. These materials served as a commercial tool to present the community concept, generate interest, and attract potential buyers from the project’s earliest stages.
