Residencial Montserrat is a full-scale renovation and design project within a gated residential community, where the clients acquired an unfinished construction to transform it into a functional and visually appealing development. With no detailed architectural plans, we worked from basic references to create a conceptual proposal that defined the space layout, optimized the interior design, and provided a consistent aesthetic for the entire project.
In addition to designing the homes, we produced high-quality architectural visualizations for the main entrance of the gated community, façades, and common areas, including a social space with a swimming pool and an event porch.
We delivered photorealistic renders, 360° panoramas, and an interactive virtual tour that allowed the clients to visualize the completed project and make strategic decisions during development. The interior design proposals not only improved the functionality of each space but also established a strong visual identity for the residential complex.
The final material was used for investor presentations, project promotion, and coordination with contractors, accelerating execution and positioning Residencial Montserrat as an attractive and competitive residential project.
