Avanti Golf & Marina is a luxury residential development in Marina Vallarta that needed a digital presence to launch its pre-sales phase and promote the project. Our goal was to create an elegant and functional single-page website, aligned with the brand’s visual identity, that would communicate its exclusivity while providing clear information about the development and its apartment options.
We designed a website structured around key sections, highlighting the project’s unique attributes: location, amenities, apartment typologies, and architectural proposal. The design drew directly from Avanti’s visual identity: neutral and bluish tones evoking serenity, minimalist typography, and a refined visual style that conveys discreet luxury.
Navigation was planned to be clear and intuitive, with strategic calls-to-action guiding users to explore the development and get in touch with the sales team. A responsive design was implemented to ensure an optimal browsing experience across all devices — essential for clients searching for information anytime and anywhere.
Through UX/UI design and website development, Avanti Golf & Marina gained a solid digital platform to support its pre-sales stage. The website allows users to easily explore the project, review the different apartment options, and connect directly with the sales team.
