Casa UMI is a vertical suite development located in Boca de Tomatlan, a tropical gem south of Puerto Vallarta.
Designed by Tangente Arquitectura, the project offers an experience of privacy and contemplation, with only one unit per floor.
We were initially invited to develop the project’s architectural visualizations, but the work evolved into a deeper collaboration: starting from conceptual plans and general layouts, we proposed key improvements in space distribution, interior design, and ambience. The goal was to enrich the architectural proposal and enhance its commercial value through a comprehensive design approach.
Five photorealistic renders were developed to convey the project’s warm, serene, and contemporary atmosphere.
The images highlight the building’s volumetric character, its relationship with the surrounding jungle, and the interior experience of each unit.
Through close collaboration with the architecture team, we were able to optimize the spatial design and elevate the project’s visual quality. The final visualizations were used as a key tool to launch the pre-sale phase before construction began.
