KUN 21°86° is a mixed-use development located in the heart of Cancun’s business district. This complex aims to stand out for its contemporary design and functional approach, combining corporate, medical, and commercial spaces in one place.
The client reached out to us at a key stage: they needed a clear visualization of how the completed project would look in order to begin their pre-sales phase. Using general floor plans and material references, we translated their architectural vision into a visual proposal that conveys quality, modernity, and investment potential.
For this project, we created photorealistic visualizations focused on showcasing the actual finishes and architectural character of the complex. We produced exterior images from key angles, including aerial shots integrated from drone photography to deliver an immersive and compelling proposal.
In addition, we developed 360° panoramas and a virtual tour to provide a complete experience for future buyers and investors. This tool was essential for clearly communicating the spaces and materials, even before construction began.
