La Victoria Hotel Boutique — architectural visualization
introduction
project overview
La Victoria Hotel Boutique is a new development in Playa del Carmen inspired by the Caribbean charm of Cartagena de Indias. When the client approached us, they only had general floor plans and a very preliminary concept — there was no defined architectural design or clear proposal for interiors or façade.
Beyond creating architectural visualizations, we took charge of conceptualizing and designing the hotel’s entire spatial identity: from proposals for the main façade, interior design of common areas and guest rooms, to the overall aesthetic coherence of the project. This work also included the concept and renderings of the rooftop pool area, later named “La Gloria” by the client.
Our goal was to produce high-impact architectural visualizations that conveyed the hotel’s essence and potential, helping attract investors and providing a clear vision from the earliest stages.

what we achieved
We delivered high-quality photorealistic renderings covering key spaces of the hotel, including common areas, guest rooms, and the “La Gloria” rooftop. In addition, we created 360° panoramas and an interactive virtual tour for investor presentations and promotional use during the pre-construction and construction phases.
This material allowed the client to present a cohesive and visually compelling project, positioning La Victoria Hotel Boutique as a distinctive proposal in the market well before construction began.
